Senior CNC Programmer - Haas VF-2 | Fusion 360 Expert

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate ourHaas VF-2 Vertical Machining Center
• Create and modify toolpaths usingFusion 360 CAM
• Complete programming and setup from atechnical drawing or Fusion 360 model
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and work holding methods
• Machine precision components with a high level of accuracy and consistency
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize machining processes
• Maintain a clean and organized machining environment
• Train and mentor new staff on thesafe and efficient operation of CNC milling machines

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Minimum 1 year of Fusion 360 CAM experience
• Experience operatingHaas CNC milling machines (VF-series preferred)
• Ability to program, set up, and run parts independently
• Ability to readtechnical drawings and CAD models
• Strong understanding of machining fundamentals, tooling, speeds, and feeds
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
