We encourage teammates to be self-governing based on high standards of professionalism and judgement.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex turn-mill platforms, including 5-axis simultaneous machiningEfficiently manage and operate more than one machine at a time when appropriate, while maintaining quality and process controlOwn parts from programming and fixturing through prove-out, first article, and productionSupport quick-turn R&D and prototype efforts, including rapid iteration with engineeringDevelop and refine machining strategies for tight tolerances, complex geometries, and evolving designsInterpret and apply GD&T accurately and consistentlySupport first article inspections (FAI) and interact with quality during AS9100D processesMaintain disciplined documentation and adhere to controlled manufacturing proceduresContribute to continuous improvement in tooling, fixturing, and machining efficiency in a low-volume, high-mix environmentRequired QualificationsDemonstrated experience programming and operating Mazak Integrex or equivalent multi-tasking 5-axis machinesProven background producing aerospace or defense-grade hardwareAbility to manage time and priorities while supporting multiple machines or parallel tasksStrong understanding of precision machining, setups, and process controlComfort working in regulated, audited environmentsHigh level of personal accountability and attention to detailPreferred ExperienceFamiliarity with AS9100D quality management systemsExperience supporting first articles, audits, and inspection processesExperience working in low-volume, high-mix or R&D-driven manufacturing environmentsPrior work supporting R&D, prototyping, or engineering development programsExperience with DoD or controlled programsComfortable working with sensitive or export-controlled informationThis is a full-time salaried position with full benefits offered.
