Senior CNC Mill Set Up TechnicianA well-established precision manufacturing organization is seeking a Senior CNC Mill Set Up Technician to serve as a highly experienced, hands-on technical resource within its CNC milling operation in Milford, CT.This role is responsible for setting up, operating, programming, and troubleshooting 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis vertical CNC milling machines used to produce high-precision components for aerospace, defense, medical, and other advanced manufacturing applications. The position requires someone who can combine strong machining expertise with professionalism, reliability, and the ability to support other machinists on the shop floor.This is not a traditional supervisory role.
