Will read and interpret prints and use this information to assess the work of Incoming Quality Technician 1's.Key Responsibilities/Duties:Compliance with the Quality Management System and Environmental, Health & Safety requirements including being responsible for quality of work, good documentation practices/recordkeeping, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety.Set up and execute CMM programsMeasure components and subassembliesExperience using the following measurements instruments: Caliper, Profilometer, Height Gauge, Micrometer, GO / NOGO gauges, CMM, Optical ComparatorFiling/scanning of inspection records following Record Retention PolicyBasic housekeeping 6S as requiredContinuous self-improvement with regards to QMSRead and interpret drawingsSupport work of coworkers with measurement and analysisCalibration of hand tools and equipmentOther tasks and duties as assigned
