Job PostDevelop, validate, and troubleshoot PC-DMIS CMM programs for complex components, including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.Perform advanced first article, in-process, and final dimensional inspections using blueprints and GD&T requirements.Analyze inspection results and support improvements in quality, accuracy, and throughput.Maintain accurate inspection documentation and support medical-device quality requirements.Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor/cross-train other inspectors.Advanced CMM and PC-DMIS programming experience, including offline programming from CAD models and engineering drawings.Strong GD&T, blueprint interpretation, dimensional inspection, and troubleshooting skills.Working knowledge of medical-device quality requirements, including ISO 13485, FDA QMSR, and GMP.Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently and mentor others.Medical device manufacturing experience.Experience with process capability, measurement system performance, continuous improvement, or automation projects.No travel required.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
