Senior Cloud Operations Engineer (Fully Remote)

Ensure security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Work across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments to support business-critical production systems. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment, including AWS administration and DNS/FTP/IIS management. Analyze operational metrics, resolve incidents, and participate in an on-call rotation. Support physical data center tasks like cabling and racking, with some travel required. Qualifications: 5+ years in large production infrastructure and Windows Server Administration. Experience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments.
