Senior Clinical Trials Site Director

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Director to lead clinical research oversight at designated sites in New Jersey, ensuring enrollment targets, regulatory compliance, and data quality. The role requires driving site performance, coordinating with sponsors and CROs, and maintaining essential documents.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years managing high-growth clinical research sites, 3+ years in multi-study management, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
