Senior Clinical Specialist

Overview

Clinical Applications Specialist – Ultrasound (Urology Focus). We are seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to join a fast-growing medical device company specializing in urology and advanced ultrasound technologies. This is a hands-on, highly visible role that combines clinical expertise, customer training, and support for product adoption in hospitals and physician practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on and classroom-style training for physicians, nurses, and OR staff on advanced ultrasound technologies.
• Support clinical adoption of new procedures, providing guidance throughout the pre- and post-sales process.
• Offer consultative support to clinical teams, ensuring optimal use of devices and patient outcomes.
• Provide feedback on product performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in market growth activities such as product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and industry events.
• Extensive travel (40–60% weekly, overnight) to customer sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years case support experience, experience in Urology or ground-breaking procedures.
• Strong technical and clinical knowledge, with the ability to train and influence others effectively.
