Bioliberty is on a mission to give everyone the best chance at recovery from a
mobility-limiting condition or injury so they can regain their independence.
Founded in 2020, we've raised $20 million from a mix of public and private investors
and launched our first product to the U.S. healthcare market in May 2025. We hold
seven patents across our core technologies, Lifehub and Lifeglov, both of which are
FDA-registered.
We’re now entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Specialist to join our US team.
The Role
The Senior Clinical Specialist works directly with therapists and site stakeholders to deliver high-quality clinical training, provide post-deployment support, and translate technology into real-world clinical workflows. This role also serves as an important conduit between the field and internal teams by gathering real-world clinical insights and sharing feedback that informs product refinement and customer success.
Bioliberty is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to support the continued scale of our clinical deployments across individual sites and multi-site healthcare organizations. This role is central to ensuring our therapist-centric technologies are successfully implemented, adopted, and sustained across diverse clinical environments.
The Senior Clinical Specialist works directly with therapists, clinical leaders, and executive stakeholders to lead clinical deployments, assist with strategic pilots, deliver high-quality education, and translate technology into real-world clinical workflows. The role requires an understanding of the clinical, operational, and business factors that drive technology adoption, sustained utilization, customer value, and return on investment.
In addition to maintaining an active field presence and managing assigned customer accounts, the Senior Clinical Specialist will provide day-to-day support, guidance, and mentorship to other Clinical Specialists under the oversight of the Lead Clinical Specialist. This individual will help organize competing priorities, promote consistency across accounts, support complex customer situations, and identify issues requiring leadership involvement.
The Senior Clinical Specialist may also represent Bioliberty during high-level demonstrations, customer meetings, internal presentations, and industry events. The successful candidate should be comfortable developing and delivering polished, cohesive presentations for varied audiences.
This is a hands‑on, field‑based role that requires significant travel and comfort operating in a fast‑paced, growing startup environment. Success in this role requires sound judgment, initiative, adaptability, strong collaboration, and the ability to confidently contribute ideas while working effectively within an established leadership structure.
