Remote Full Time Healthcare

Vivalink is a leader in digital health technologies, delivering advanced remote data capture solutions for healthcare and clinical research. Our Biometrics Data Platform integrates FDA-cleared medical-grade wearable sensors, cloud-based data services, machine learning algorithms, and clinician software — empowering global organizations to design and deploy remote patient monitoring solutions.

We support pharmaceutical companies, CROs, academia, and healthcare providers with the tools to capture high-quality, real-time physiological data across a wide range of therapeutic areas, including cardiology, oncology, neurology, and respiratory.

This position is based in Campbell, CA.

About the Role

Vivalink is scaling its clinical-trial delivery organization and is hiring for a Senior Clinical Program Manager to lead delivery of our largest, most complex enterprise engagements — multi-study programs run with strategic pharmaceutical sponsors and global CROs. This is a senior, program-level role. The Clinical Program Manager owns the program: coordinating multiple concurrent studies, governing delivery quality across them, and serving as Vivalink's senior delivery point of contact to enterprise sponsor and CRO program leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise programs spanning multiple concurrent clinical studies under a strategic sponsor or CRO.
  • Serve as Vivalink's senior delivery relationship owner to enterprise sponsor and CRO program leadership; run program-level governance — QBRs, steering reviews, and recurring touchpoints.
  • Coordinate and mentor project Delivery Leads across the program; ensure consistent application of the Delivery Standard and gate/handoff discipline on every study..
  • Drive process improvement and development across the project management team including templatizing project plans, RACI, risk logs, status reports for the team and refine over time.
  • Hold Vivalink's retained delivery decision rights across the program — PRS-complete, UAT sign-off, Go-Live readiness, hypercare exit, and closeout confirmation.
  • Govern CRO partners to the Delivery Standard monitor delivery quality independently, raise flags proactively, and own escalations.
  • Own the program operational scorecard — analyzable time, on-time delivery, device/replacement performance, and support SLAs — and drive the program to target.
  • Manage cross-study risk, dependencies, resourcing, and timelines ; balance capacity across studies, especially clustered deployment and closeout activity.
  • Direct central and embedded functions : pull in Engineering, QA/RA, and Product on demand; align Operations & Logistics and Customer Support embedded in the study teams.
  • Partner with Business Development on program renewals and expansions — BD owns the commercial outcome; you own delivery and execution.
  • Feed program lessons into the version-controlled improvement backlog and the reusable Delivery Standard, so each program strengthens the next.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years in clinical trial delivery, clinical operations, or program/project management and leading enterprise or multi-study programs for pharmaceutical sponsors and/or CROs.
  • Demonstrated ownership of large, complex, multi-stakeholder clinical programs end-to-end.
  • Experience managing or governing CRO partners — or delivering to sponsors from inside a CRO.
  • Working knowledge of GCP, clinical data flows, and the drug/device development process; experience with wearables, digital health, or remote patient monitoring in clinical trials is a strong plus.
  • Track record leading and mentoring delivery or project-management staff, including influence without direct-line authority over every contributor.
  • Strong operational rigor — comfortable owning KPIs and holding gates and decision rights firmly.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication; confident as the senior delivery voice to enterprise customers.
  • PMP or an equivalent program/project management credential preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
