Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Clinical Guidelines Assistant will manage scheduling for committee meetings, oversee program processes, and provide administrative support for the development of clinical practice guidelines. Key responsibilities Partner with physician members and health professionals to schedule meetings and manage program calendars Initiate and manage program processes, interdepartmental communications, and maintain member profiles Complete administrative tasks related to document creation and publications for guideline dissemination Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred 7+ years of related work experience, ideally in an association setting Command of MS Word, Excel, and similar office software systems required Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
