Executive Clinical Leadership Opportunity in The Woodlands Texas

We are currently representing a premier national provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services that is looking for a Senior Clinical Director to lead their operations in the Conroe and The Woodlands region. This organization is recognized for its commitment to evidence based care and innovative clinical outcomes for individuals with autism.

This is a full time leadership role offering a salary range between 114,000 and 119,000 dollars annually plus a competitive bonus structure.

The primary mission of this role is to uphold and elevate treatment standards by managing the efficient delivery of services across the region. You will oversee the growth and operational health of one or more locations, managing a span of control that includes at least 12 supervisors and 110 clients, with a focus on delivering high quality daily service hours.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee clinical quality and monitor client outcome achievement through standardized metrics.

Drive clinic performance by monitoring staff compliance, optimizing caseloads, and meeting growth targets.

Provide mentorship and training to the clinical management team to build a pipeline of future leaders.

Cultivate a positive workplace culture to support staff retention and team morale.

Engage in community outreach and build relationships with local physicians, schools, and parent groups to support regional expansion.

Manage utilization through daily and weekly reviews with supervisors to ensure families receive necessary care.

Conduct field visits and ride alongs to provide direct feedback and clinical support to supervisors.

Handle administrative oversight including billing audits, staff performance evaluations, and recruitment needs.

Maintain a personal billing standard of approximately 0.5 to 1 hour per day.

Candidate Requirements

Active BCBA certification is required.

At least one year of experience managing regional clinical operations.

Proven ability to work independently and manage complex projects.

High level of proficiency with professional software, including spreadsheets and database management.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a professional demeanor.

Capacity to perform physical duties associated with clinical work, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and move dynamically during client interactions.

This position reports directly to the Regional Director and offers the opportunity to work alongside an executive team dedicated to clinical excellence.
