A successful, growing independent wealth management firm with $1B+ AUM is hiring a Senior Client Service Associate for a long-term client service/operations role supporting ultra-high-net-worth client onboarding and transitions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new client transitions from signed engagement through account setup
- Handle account openings, custodial paperwork, money movement, onboarding calls, and documentation
- Coordinate with advisory and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
What’s Offered
- $100,000–$120,000 base range, plus $5,000–$18,000 bonus/benefits
- Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote
- Long-term client service/operations role
What You Bring
- Bachelor's xhqgsiq Degree
- 6+ years of RIA, private wealth, or family office client service/operations experience
- UHNW client experience and strong follow-through
- Experience with Schwab and/or Pershing; Addepar, Black Diamond, or similar reporting platforms helpful
- Must be within a 45-minute commute to Midtown Manhattan
