Engaging with customers throughout implementation and business-as-usual, the full-time Senior Client Enablement Consultant will lead training sessions on Opus 2's Cases solution, create educational materials, and ensure client success in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Lead and organize training sessions to ensure effective use of Opus 2 software Create and adapt training content to support all educational activities for clients Maintain records of client training and gather feedback for continuous improvement Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a software training role Previous experience in LegalTech or a law firm is advantageous Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Proactive and flexible attitude in a fast-paced environment Good understanding of computer hardware and software
