Senior Claims Analyst

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a fronting carrier seeking a Claims Analyst to join their claims team. This role focuses on monitoring, reviewing, and assessing claims handled by third-party administrators (TPAs), ensuring proper handling, compliance, and performance across Property & Casualty claims programs while working closely with senior claims leadership. This position follows a hybrid model in uptown Charlotte, NC.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and review claims activity handled by third-party administrators to ensure proper handling and compliance.
• Assess claim files, coverage decisions, reserves, approvals, and denials to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze claims activity, particularly across Bodily Injury, General Liability, and Commercial Auto, and provide recommendations where necessary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Property & Casualty claims experience, with exposure to Bodily Injury, General Liability, or Commercial Auto preferred.
• Background within insurance claims, ideally working with carriers, TPAs, or similar claims environments.
