Senior Civil Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Civil Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Newport Beach, United States. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead complex civil engineering projects, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of our organization.Responsibilities include overseeing and managing multiple civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines; developing and maintaining strong client relationships, actively participating in business development and marketing initiatives; leading project teams, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers; conducting site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses for potential projects; collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project success; performing and reviewing advanced engineering calculations, ensuring accuracy in detailed drawings, specifications, and technical reports; managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively; ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, particularly those specific to Newport Beach and California; driving innovation by researching and implementing cutting-edge civil engineering technologies and methodologies; and preparing and presenting comprehensive project reports and proposals to clients and stakeholders.Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred, Professional Engineer (PE) license in California required, minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management, proven track record in business development and client relationship management, extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and regulations, with a focus on California and Newport Beach-specific requirements, proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite, strong mathematical and analytical skills for advanced civil design engineering, demonstrated experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and technical documentation, excellent leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to team-based problem-solving, superior written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and client presentations, ability to think innovatively and implement creative solutions to complex engineering challenges, strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends.Physical demands and work environment include duties typically performed in a normal office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table; ability to actively engage with a computer for several hours per day and communicate over the telephone or virtual meeting platforms; may occasionally need to lift items up to 15 lbs; occasional travel may be required to visit project sites. Site visits may involve walking on uneven terrain, climbing stairs or ladders, and exposure to outdoor elements such as weather, noise, or construction activity.Compensation includes a competitive base salary starting at $130,000+, combined with a performance-based bonus structure tied to the individual's contributions to the overall success and growth of the office.

The base salary will be established based on the level of experience and contribution the individual can make.
