Senior Civil Litigation AttorneyWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Civil Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic, collaborative law firm specializing in business and civil litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a proven track record in litigation who is eager to take on complex cases and contribute to a strong, growth-oriented team.Key Responsibilities:Litigation: Represent clients in all types of business and civil litigation. Strong preference for candidates with trial experience and the ability to manage substantial motions and depositions.Case Management: Independently manage and lead all phases of civil litigation, including pre-litigation, case initiation, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals.Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and exceptional client service.Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates, offering support in their professional development and contributing to their growth within the firm.Team Collaboration: Work closely with partners and other senior attorneys to develop litigation strategies, collaborate on complex matters, and maintain a cohesive approach to case management.Strategic Advice: Provide clients with strategic advice related to litigation risks and dispute resolution, aligning legal strategies with business objectives.Qualifications:Trial Experience: Proven experience arguing motions, taking depositions, and leading trial preparation.
