Our client, a well-established engineering consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing San Diego team. This role will lead land development projects from planning and design through construction support while serving as a technical leader, client partner, and mentor to junior staff. Senior Civil Engineer Responsibilities: Lead land development projects through all phases of design and delivery Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, and hydrology/hydraulic designs and calculations Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D for project design and production Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Lead multidisciplinary project teams and mentor junior engineers Senior Civil Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
8+ years of civil engineering and land development experience
Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience managing projects, budgets, and client relationships
Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading projects and mentoring team members
Healthcare and/or mixed-use project experience is a plus
