Senior Civil Engineer

Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager – Tampa, FL

A growing engineering firm is seeking a Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager to join its Tampa team. This role is ideal for an experienced civil engineer who can lead site development projects, manage client relationships, and oversee projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities:

• Lead site civil design for commercial, institutional, municipal, and residential projects
• Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control
• Prepare stormwater management designs, hydraulic/hydrologic analyses, reports, and SWPPPs
• Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client relationships
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, permitting agencies, and local officials
• Perform QA/QC reviews and support permitting, platting, and project closeout
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and contribute to business development and professional organizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 6+ years of site civil engineering experience
• PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months
• Proficiency with Civil 3D and stormwater design software
