Radiant is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in El Segundo, CA to design critical concrete and precast structures supporting Radiant's manufacturing and deployment sites. You will perform trade studies, material selection, detailed structural analysis, and develop construction and test plans for precast and cast-in-place elements.
You will own BOM, work with suppliers, manage schedules, and contribute to safety and reliability under seismic and thermal loads.
