Senior Civil Engineer – Municipal Water & Wastewater Leader

OWN, Inc. in the Midwest region seeks a licensed Senior Civil Engineer specializing in municipal water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.

You will lead complex utility projects from planning through construction administration, guiding clients through capital funding, PERs, and grant/loan applications. You will mentor junior engineers, oversee QA/QC, coordinate with agencies, and present at council meetings.
