Perform civil design work using AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD, including septic systems and stormwater drainage, and develop project specifications that meet applicable guidelines and standards. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, officials, and regulatory agencies; prepare technical reports and presentations; research permitting requirements; and attend board meetings.
Requirements:
Requires at least five years of civil design experience, a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and an EIT; an LSIT is a plus. Candidates should be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or HydroCAD and have experience with site civil projects, grading and drainage, septic or sewer systems, underground utilities, and local and state permitting and zoning regulations.
