Responsibilities
- Lead land development and site civil engineering projects from concept through completion — design, permitting, construction support, and final acceptance.
- Oversee grading, stormwater management, utility design, roads, and environmental coordination.
- Prepare, stamp, and certify engineering plans, reports, and technical documents.
- Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers and designers.
- Drive business development, client relationships, and quality project delivery.
- Be a key contributor to firm strategy and growth.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in New Jersey (or ability to obtain).
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience with significant land development and site design background (residential, commercial, mixed‑use, etc.).
- Strong technical ability in Civil 3D/land development design and NJ permitting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
