We’re partnered with an established, 100% employee-owned architecture and engineering firm looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join their Atlanta team. This role will lead complex land development and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on work for federal government clients .
What You’ll Do
- Lead civil design for land development and infrastructure projects
- Work on site development, stormwater management, utilities, environmental permitting, and pump station design
- Serve as a primary client contact and help drive project delivery
- Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Navigate federal, state, and local civil design requirements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
- 8+ years of civil engineering experience , including land development and site design
- Georgia PE or ability to obtain reciprocity within 3 months
- Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Knowledge of stormwater, utilities, permitting, and site development
- Experience working with government regulations and design standards
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
