Supporting utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects, the full-time Senior Civil Designer will lead civil design activities, develop construction drawing packages, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead civil design activities for complex utility-scale renewable energy projects Develop and coordinate civil construction drawing packages, including site layouts and grading plans Mentor and coach junior engineers and designers on design practices and quality expectations Required qualifications Associate or technical degree in civil engineering technology, drafting, design, or related field Typically 10 or more years of progressive civil design experience in consulting engineering or infrastructure Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects Ability to interpret surveys, engineering calculations, and permitting requirements
