Senior Civil Designer

Working remotely or from any Olsson office location, the full-time Senior Civil Designer will focus on grading and utility design for large-scale data center projects, collaborating closely with licensed engineers and utilizing advanced Civil 3D and CAD software to produce detailed drawings and models. Key responsibilities Design utilities and surfaces independently while collaborating with engineers on plans and calculations Create accurate and efficient design solutions using Civil 3D software for projects ranging from 20 to over 200 acres Produce detailed drawings and models to effectively communicate design intent for multidisciplinary projects Required qualifications Associate's degree in drafting or a related field preferred 8 or more years of expertise in drafting and design Experience in surface creation, analysis, utility design, and BIM coordination Proficiency in Civil 3D software Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
