Summary of Responsibilities

• Formulate custom products from conception to product launch
• Manage scale-up from lab to production
• Troubleshoot formulas and reformulate new launches
• Conduct stability and compatibility testing
• Collaborate with customers, sales and production teams.
• Attend industry events and product launch customer visits.

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related field
• 5+ years of Bench/Formulation experience in Personal Care Products
• Raw Material purchasing and Product Development Cost Management
• Strong knowledge in FDA and MoCRA requirements.
