Senior Channel Operations Manager

To support the growth of a global partner business, the full-time Senior Channel Operations Manager will manage operational processes, data, and measurement systems for reseller, distributor, and referral motions in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary operational business partner to the VP, Partners, translating global partner strategy into scalable processes Build the partner measurement foundation, defining attribution logic and establishing reporting and dashboards for partner leadership Design and operationalize deal registration processes while managing channel conflict resolution in collaboration with various departments Required qualifications BA/BS degree is preferred; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus 6+ years of revenue, sales, or business operations experience, including direct channel or partner operations Demonstrated experience in building partner reporting and attribution from an undefined state Working knowledge of deal registration design and channel conflict management Experience supporting a global partner organization with understanding of regional differences in reseller and distributor motions
