Senior Change Manager- SAFe Consultant
Location: Washington, DC Duration: 12 Months
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between the OCM/Learning and Development team and the Agile transformation team, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Utilize extensive SAFe experience to guide PI Planning, execution, roadmap development, and coaching, integrating Prosci Change Management principles.
- Hold SAFe certification(s) and a Prosci certification or substitute with a Kotter Change Management certificate.
- Ensure in-person attendance and active participation in Agile Release Train gatherings across DC, Philly, and Wilmington, fostering brainstorming, collaboration, and value delivery.
- Manage day-to-day remote activities, conducting Agility health assessments, maintaining effective communications, and fostering engagement within the community of practice.
- Lead efforts to raise awareness and drive the transformation process, emphasizing best practices beyond SAFe adoption to ensure effective change management implementation.
