Senior Change Management Assistant ManagerLocation: Arlington, VA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Rate: $60-70/hrClearance Requirement: Secret ClearancePosition Overview:We are seeking a Senior Change Management Assistant Manager to support a high-impact federal financial management initiative. This role will collaborate closely with the TCC-Change Management Lead to develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in federal financial management, change management execution, and stakeholder engagement.

This position also requires close coordination with related functions, including training and communications, to drive the broader change management vision forward.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development and execution of the change management strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation strategies.Create and refine key deliverables such as talking points, information papers, and change management recommendations to facilitate seamless transitions.Lead and support change-focused discussions with both client teams and Army account stakeholders.Collaborate with the TCC-Training and TCC-Communications teams to ensure an integrated approach to change management initiatives.Develop visual communications and presentations using Adobe Suite to effectively convey complex change management concepts.Provide ongoing liaison support between different project teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Qualifications & Requirements:Must reside in the DC Metro Area and be available to work onsite as needed (minimum twice per month).Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management OR an active CPA, CISA, PMP, CGFM, or CDFM certification.Minimum 4 years of experience in federal financial management, including at least 2 years in federal accounting.Proficiency in Adobe Suite with a demonstrated ability to create professional graphic designs.At least 4 years of experience in DoD graphic design to support change management and communications efforts.Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills to drive organizational change effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Why Join Us?This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in organizational transformation within a federal environment.
