Senior Change Management & Communications SpecialistLocation: Remote (EST Hours) Duration: 12–18-month contractThe Senior Change Management & Communications Specialist will lead the development and execution of change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies supporting enterprise-wide supply chain and procurement transformation initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models across global business units. You will partner with cross-functional leaders—including Procurement, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, and IT—to align change strategies, develop leadership messaging, and drive employee readiness for key transformation programs (e.g., digital procurement, S2P platform implementation, supplier collaboration, and sustainability initiatives).Key ResponsibilitiesChange Management & Transformation EnablementDevelop and execute structured change management strategies using PROSCI or equivalent frameworks to ensure business readiness and adoption.Conduct stakeholder analyses and organizational impact assessments across global supply chain and procurement functions.Design and deliver change management plans, including communications, training, and reinforcement mechanisms.Partner with business process owners to embed new ways of working and governance structures that sustain performance improvements.Measure change effectiveness through KPIs, surveys, and feedback loops; recommend adjustments to increase adoption.Strategic CommunicationsCraft clear, compelling executive and employee communications that articulate the vision, progress, and value of transformation programs.Develop integrated communication plans—leveraging multiple channels (e.g., town halls, SharePoint, newsletters, intranet, Yammer)—to ensure consistent messaging and transparency.Support senior leaders in preparing presentations, talking points, and key messages for stakeholder meetings, supplier summits, and global forums.Manage communication cadence and governance across global program teams to ensure alignment and message consistency.Stakeholder & Change Network ManagementBuild and sustain a network of change champions across functions and geographies to reinforce transformation goals.Facilitate workshops and feedback sessions to address resistance and gather insights for continuous improvement.Partner with HR and Learning to coordinate role-based training and capability-building activities.Operational Excellence & GovernanceCollaborate with PMO and functional leads to integrate change management into program milestones, risk management, and reporting.Track adoption progress across regions and escalate barriers to leadership for resolution.Contribute to the creation of toolkits, templates, and playbooks that institutionalize best practices in change and communication management.QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in organizational change management, communications, or transformation management within a Client, manufacturing, or supply chain environment.Demonstrated success managing large-scale change initiatives within Supply Chain, Procurement, or Enterprise Transformation programs.PROSCI or equivalent change management certification preferred.Technical & Professional SkillsStrong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes (e.g., Source-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Demand Planning, Logistics).Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills across executive and operational audiences.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed, global environment.Expertise in collaboration tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, and digital communication platforms.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret change adoption metrics.Core CompetenciesStrategic Thinking & InfluenceCross-Functional CollaborationResilience & AdaptabilityExecutive Presence & Communication ExcellenceResults Orientation & Continuous Improvement
