This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty's Digital Roadmap. They will use their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption.

Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management. This is a three-year limited-term position.Two major initiatives will anchor this Change Manager's initial portfolio. The first is providing change management support for the Unified Visitor Experience project, which will include a Digital Signage Initiative and technology projects to improve the parking experience.

The second is offering change management support for the Content and Collaboration in the Cloud (CCC) initiative, which is an enterprise effort to modernize how Getty staff produce, manage, and collaborate on digital content by consolidating tools and optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Major Job ResponsibilitiesLeverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativeEnable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communicationsConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersProvide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs Additional responsibilities: Complete change management assessmentsIdentify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tacticsConsult with and coach project teamsCreate actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training PlanSupport and engage senior leadersCoordinate efforts with other specialistsIntegrate change management activities into project plansEvaluate and help ensure user readinessManage stakeholdersTrack and report issuesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressServe as a resource for junior team membersManage stakeholder alignment in collaboration with the project manager and sponsorActively participate in change management forums and stay informed on best practices, emerging trends, and methodologies to drive successful organizational changeQualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years experience in digital change management or related fieldChange Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesA solid understanding of how people go through change and the change processExperience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent active listening skillsAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to establish and maintain strong relationshipsAbility to influence others and move toward a common vision or goalFlexibility and adaptability; ability to work in ambiguous situationsForward-looking with a holistic approachAbility to plan strategy and tacticsProblem-solving and root-cause identification skillsAbility to work effectively at all levels of an organizationDemonstrated success in communicating with, training, and evaluating staff, with a keen awareness of working with people from varied backgrounds and with varied abilitiesCapacity to work as a team player and collaborate with and through othersAcute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challengesFamiliarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with project management software, MS Office, and other tools for preparing training and communications, such as Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated ability to develop complex written plans, reports, and communicationsDemonstrated ability to organize and deliver training sessions, interviews, and other engagement opportunitiesBenefits and PerksHere are just some examples that Getty offers/provides for full-time employees:Medical, Dental and Vision insurance coverage, starting on date of hire.
