As the Senior Center Director of our offline learning centers, you will be responsible for leading and managing our overseas academic learning centers.
Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services, including operations, teaching, and customer service. You will also collaborate closely with relevant teams to fulfill the marketing and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational & Program Management:
- Oversee daily operations of multiple learning centers, ensuring a safe, engaging, and effective environment for students.
- Design, implement, and manage educational programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and optimize resource allocation, including staff, materials, and technology.
Project Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and compliance.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables for center initiatives.
- Track progress, resolve bottlenecks, and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build relationships with parents, students, educators, and community partners.
- Communicate program updates and student progress in both English and Chinese.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team culture.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development guidance.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and organizational policies.
- Prepare regular reports on center performance, finances, and student outcomes.
Requirements:
- Background in education, program management, or educational product development.
- Proven experience in project management , including budget/resource management and project planning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in managing and operating learning center offering youth programs is a plus.
