To support the U.S. Government Airgap team, the full-time Senior Global Category Manager will independently define and execute multi-year sourcing strategies for complex datacenter infrastructure categories, influence stakeholders, and manage high-value negotiations while ensuring compliance with government requirements. Key responsibilities Independently define and execute sourcing strategies for mechanical and electrical equipment and services Serve as the category subject matter expert, influencing senior management and ensuring compliance with sourcing best practices Lead negotiations and contract execution for high-complexity engagements, balancing cost, risk, and performance Required qualifications Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of relevant experience Experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, and/or operations Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background check and verify U.S. citizenship Experience leading complex commercial negotiations and contract execution at the enterprise level Proficiency with spend analytics and category management tooling
