Senior Cargo Claims Leader, NVOCC & Risk Management

Vanguard Logistics Services seeks a Claims Manager to own the end-to-end cargo claims process for its NVOCC operations. You will manage claims under Vanguard’s House Bills of Lading, apply defenses, coordinate with underwriters and in-house teams, and drive timely, cost-effective resolutions.

You will pursue subrogation and direct recovery, coordinate investigations, and analyze claims data to build risk-management strategies that reduce losses across the Vanguard network.
