Senior Care Unit Director: Dementia & Compliance Leader

Victorian Senior Care seeks an experienced administrator for the Special Care Unit. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and develop/deliver programs aligned with resident needs. Responsibilities include budgeting, training, and maintaining safety and quality of care for residents with dementia.

You will work closely with families, regulatory bodies and team members to promote dignity, rights and compassionate care in a secure, well-organized unit.
