EmpowerMe Wellness seeks licensed therapists to deliver physical, occupational, or speech therapy for older adults within our EmpowerMe 360 program. You’ll assess needs, create care plans, and work with a team to deliver evidence-based interventions in a collaborative, community-focused setting.
