Driven by a commitment to exceptional service, the full-time Senior Captive Account Manager will manage financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and client coordination for captive insurance companies in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Execute timely and accurate financial reporting for captive insurance companies on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Complete all regulatory filings required by state and captive domiciles while managing premium tax accounting Coordinate with actuaries, auditors, and other stakeholders to monitor financial metrics and support new captive formations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field; CPA designation preferred 5-7+ years of experience in captive insurance, accounting, or financial management Demonstrated experience with premium tax accounting Strong understanding of captive insurance structures and actuarial coordination High proficiency in Excel and financial systems
