Senior Cap Table Product Owner - Private Markets

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a senior Product Owner to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of a cap table product offering for private markets.

You will lead a cross-functional team to build scalable capabilities spanning cap table modeling, issuer and investor views, corporate actions, reporting, and integrations with downstream workflows. The role requires 8+ years in product management for enterprise platforms, deep financial domain knowledge, and experience driving data integrity,
