The Senior Proximity Marketing Manager is responsible for driving cost-effective, non-media lead generation and increasing local brand awareness through the proximity marketing program while effectively managing and adhering to an established budget.

Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Proximity Agents through a hands-on management approach to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.

Oversee all proximity marketing field operations, including training, role-playing, daily team meetings, field supervision, and ongoing team development.

Foster and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture by modeling desired behaviors, best practices, and professional standards.

Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure compliance with established procedures, scripts, and customer service expectations.
