Senior Campus Dining District Manager

Chartwells Higher Education is seeking an experienced Resident District Manager to lead the Babson College dining program. This senior on-site leader will oversee a large operation, steer financial and operational performance, and serve as the primary liaison between Chartwells and the university.

You will shape campus dining, develop teams, and foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and excellence while maintaining safety and compliance across sites.
