Job TitlePrecision Team MemberJob DescriptionThe Precision team is Zenith's in-house hands-on-keyboard programmatic buying group. Precision services all clients across the Zenith agency and works very closely with the over-arching Strategy and Digital Investment departments. They are a highly specialized team that is passionate about programmatic strategy and the ever-evolving digital landscape (particularly as it relates to new ad tech and new types of data collection). They also are internal advocates within the agency pushing other departments to leverage programmatic data to mine new audience insights that might inform or support broader marketing strategies.The ideal candidate will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and prior experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and motivated to step outside of defined responsibilities to drive impact, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously grow their skill set.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaignExecute, manage, and optimize online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations.Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with Precision customers through exceptional client serviceWork with media partners to ensure accurate platform implementationServe as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communication with external partners, ensuring timely coordination, clear alignment on campaign objectives, and proactive resolution of any issues that arise.Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaignsExposure to and activation experience of Private Marketplaces (PMP)Oversee campaign QA processPartner with Analyst on campaign measurement reporting and insights generationProvide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunitiesProvide monthly auditing reports to Agency partners and actualize bill/pay systems when applicableParticipate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or advertising highly preferred2+ years of experience in programmatic mediaHands-on experience executing and optimizing media buys within DSP platformsManaged end-to-end campaign execution, from initial planning and setup through to post-launch performance analysis.Monitored in-flight performance and implemented data-driven optimizations to improve delivery, efficiency, and key KPIs.Translate campaign performance into clear, compelling narratives. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
