Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster with both California and Nevada jurisdiction experience to join a team. This is a permanent position with an immediate start date. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $117,000 annually
• Additional Pay Opportunities: Volunteer for project pay

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 120-130 claims, which may include indemnity, medical-only and future medical cases
• Handle claims with a focus on public entity experience, including 4850 claims
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure claims are processed efficiently
• Maintain organized and accurate records of all claims
• Collaborate with management to address challenging client situations
• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve claims effectively

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: SIP certification required or in the process of obtaining within six months
• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in workers' compensation claims adjusting
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential
