Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement activities for advanced electronic systems used in specialized applications.
• Ensure procurement processes align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including quality certifications and best practices.
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate lead times to meet project needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers, while maintaining rigorous quality control.
• Stay informed on market trends and supply chain dynamics to ensure the timely availability of materials and proactively address potential risks related to shortages or delays.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality assurance) to ensure procurement aligns with project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory to maintain optimal levels and avoid excess or obsolete materials.
• Prepare and oversee procurement documentation, including purchase orders and related procedures.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior procurement staff, supporting their development and skill-building.
• Lead procurement efforts, define resource needs, and communicate priorities and schedule changes to functional teams.
• Resolve discrepancies related to invoices and ensure smooth financial processes.
