Responsibilities
- Negotiates the best possible price for international commodities
- Research and secure new supply sources; recommend awards based on review of RFPs
- Manage new vendor account setup and maintain vendor relationships
- Prepares reports for executive staff
- Process purchase orders from customers
- Prepare invoices and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- 5 years purchasing experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Travel less than 20% – including international
