We are seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to support purchasing and sourcing activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring the timely availability of materials to support production. The ideal candidate brings strong purchasing experience, sound business judgment, and the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, engineering, and other key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or strategic sourcing experience, preferably within manufacturing
- Manage the procurement of raw materials, components, and/or production-related goods
- Negotiate supplier pricing, contracts, lead times, and commercial terms
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while monitoring cost, quality, and delivery performance
- Partner with planning, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams xzgxqkn to support production requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and help mitigate supplier and material risks
- Experience working within an ERP/MRP system
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred
