Senior Business Unit Controller - Construction Finance Lead

Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is hiring a Business Unit Controller for the Menlo Park, CA office. The role leads accounting and controls for a growing unit expected to approach $1B in annual revenues, with a staff of 10–15 and 3 direct reports.

You will manage monthly closes, ensure GAAP compliance, oversee reporting to the parent, and partner with external auditors while pursuing productivity through automation and improved internal controls.
