Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations, the full-time remote Senior Business Systems Analyst will own Salesforce architecture and process design across the GTM funnel, focusing on delivering scalable systems and actionable data solutions. Key responsibilities Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Apollo's GTM business processes and update systems architecture maps and process flow diagrams Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for designated domains, leading alignment sessions and managing backlog grooming to establish a roadmap Support the design, build, and maintenance of next-generation quote-to-cash infrastructure, enhancing processes for new business, upsell, and renewal opportunities Required qualifications 4+ years of business analysis or consulting experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience in administration or development A college degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience Deep understanding of go-to-market business processes across Marketing, BDR, Sales, and Customer Success Experience in managing Salesforce features, including custom fields, objects, and automation with Flow and Process Builder Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and translate business problems into well-designed solutions
