Senior Business Analyst - supply chain management
Location: South Carolina (primary) | Pennsylvania, Indiana, Alabama, or Utah (facility locations available)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect supply chain solutions using D365 F&O that balance operational reality with scalability across multiple sites
- Lead production planning & finite scheduling design - managing complex product structures, capacity constraints, and multi-site standardization
- Own inventory management and manufacturing execution integration with engineering workflows
- Design Blue Star ISV integration strategies to push blueprints, specs, and engineering data into planning systems
- Drive process standardization while accommodating plant-level flexibility; support national growth initiatives
- Collaborate with operations teams to translate plant requirements into scalable system solutions
- Own UAT and system validation to ensure manufacturing operations run smoothly post-deployment
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years D365 F&O hands-on experience (configuration, not just usage)
- Blue Star ISV experience = major advantage
- Manufacturing or heavy industrial background required
- Production planning, finite scheduling, or capacity planning expertise
- Comfort with complex, customized environments and multi-site operations
