Working remotely, the full-time Senior Business System Analyst will support, enhance, and implement software applications while overseeing projects, developing project plans, and coordinating resources to improve business practices. Key responsibilities Oversee and direct intermediate scale projects or components of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, developing detailed test cases and collaborating with developers on solutions Act as a liaison between customers, end-users, IT personnel, and software vendors to enhance technological functionality within operational processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business systems analysis Experience with pricing configuration in NetworX Pricer and for Commercial plans Proficiency in SQL, HTML, and CSS is preferred Familiarity with QNXT or Facets is a plus
